CPS provides both administrative and clinical consulting services. We can assist our clients to deliver the most cost efficient and highest evidenced based clinical product. Decades of clinical and administrative experience by our staff allow us to assist in reducing costly mistakes in new programs such as thoracic, vascular, open heart in acute care facilities and respiratory and blood and blood product management for both acute care and sub acute care facilities.

We also provide support for existing programs for increase efficiency (supply management, labor costs, clinical, process) and provide opportunities for the highest clinical outcomes. We offer both extensive and very limited engagements.
